Stop Making Those Loud ZZZs with the
Help of Anti Snore Pillow
This may come as
a real shock to you… but I just learned that
snoring is the biggest cause of divorce! Approximately 50 % of
divorce cases in the US were attributed to
snoring.
So if you want to avoid getting into a messy divorce, I
suggest you use an anti snore pillow to help solve your
snoring problem right away.
Okay! Okay! I’m
kidding about snoring being the biggest cause of divorce
:) . Actually, up to 50% of adults
snore and the problem gets even worse after the age of 40 or
so.
Now, you know there are all kinds of ways and
cures for snoring available out there, right? You name it;
mouthpieces, exercises, pillows, pills, and you can even opt
for a surgery to stop snoring.
The latter is
very costly so of course, we would usually go for the
inexpensive methods first and see if they can solve the
problem.
Now, I’ve tried
everything in the inexpensive category except for snoring
pills. I did a few stop snoring exercises which I discovered
from an ebook. Unfortunately, they didn't work at all
:(
As for the
mouthpiece…Well it’s supposed to increase the airflow in
your mouth thus reducing the sound of your snores. But
here’s the problem…
The mouthpiece
was incredibly uncomfortable to wear! I couldn’t get it to
fit in my mouth properly. It kept slipping out of
position so I just gave up using the bloody
thing.
Later, I found
out about anti snore pillows. Now, I went through 2
different pillows before I found the one I’m using right now
which is called snoreEzzz. It’s the best one so far because
number one, it works. Two, it’s comfortable. And three, it
doesn’t smell.
Yup, this is
something thing that you have to be careful about when
buying an anti snore pillow. The first 2 pillows I bought
had this really odd, chemical smell that kept me awake at
night. My wife could smell the funky chemical scent even
through the pillow case.
It drove her
nuts. Said she rather hear me snore all night long than die
of chemical asphyxiation. Well, she didn’t
actually say that, but she might as well have.

currently using a
hypoallergenic anti snore pillow called
snoreEzzz. I really like it because it does help me with
my snoring problem.
It might do the
same for you because the design allows for proper alignment
of the head and neck. See, the reason you snore is because
of the muscles in your throat.
They tend to
vibrate when you‘re fast asleep thus causing you to snore
away. But
if your head and spine is properly aligned during sleep, the
vibration would lessen.
This helps to
reduce or even eliminate your snoring problem. It worked for
me because I quit snoring after using the pillow for almost
a month.

your head slightly yet provides support for the neck to keep
the alignment down pat when you’re fully asleep. The center

backrest. The foam base is pretty durable so the pillow
won’t get easily squashed.
Nowadays, I
always have this baby behind my back when I’m watching TV.

washable.
